Dr. Henry Delmar, and Jean-François Mattéi, philosopher, conceptualized the idea and philosophy of the D.E.S.I.R.S method that allows patient and doctor to find a mutual point of satisfaction when it comes to understanding and actualizing patient needs.
The method itself is based on the acronym that goes by the name D.E.S.I.R.S (Desire): A six-principle method in conjunction with a prism of the doctor’s personal attributes.
The concept intends to merge the D.E.S.I.R.S method and what it stands for with the Doctor’s attributes so as to yield the know-how that is to be attained by other doctors and clinics as well as provide more precise and realistic results.

MEDITI (Medical Evaluation of Devices & Investigation of Technologies Institute) run by Dr Henri Delmar, Dr Philippe Kestemont, Dr Isaac Bodock and Dr Patrick Brun, plays a critical role when it comes to the delivery of the safest and most advanced medical technologies. This valuable competitive advantage means that treatments such as fillers, toxins and other technologies are tested beforehand – what is known as Post Marketing Surveillance Trials - on volunteer patients for evaluation of their efficiency and safety.
